Now is the the time to register for the Artisan Craft Fair 10-03-20.
The Annual artisan craft fair provides a venue for local artists, artisans, makers and craft workers for the purpose of promoting artistry and handwork. This family friendly event provides hands on activities, entertainment, good food and unique merchandise for sale. Vendors that have demonstrations or interactive activities will be placed in prominent locations.
Hermitage Presbyterian Church holds this event to raise funds for it's Good Samaritan fund, which assists families and individuals in Hermitage during financial difficulties. Vendors who are able are asked to donate an item to be sold at a silent auction to raise money for this purpose. In addition all booth rentals fees in excess of expenses are used for this fund. We look forward to seeing you and your products.
Terms and Conditions:
-Single booth sizes are 10'X10', $35.00 outdoor $50.00 indoor
-Double booth 10'X20' $50 outdoor
-Mini are 10'X5' $30 available indoor only
-Food Trucks $50.00
-Booths are first come. first served basis
-ALL PRODUCTS MUST BE HAND MADE- NO MLM, manufactured products, garage sale items or items purchased for resale.
-We reserve the right to limit the number of vendors of any particular category
(ex. fall decor, jewelry)
-Application must include a photo of your merchandise
-*Vendors must be open from 9:00 am-3:00 pm
-Early set up is Friday, 10-2, at 12:00 pm indoor vendors, 3:00 pm outdoor vendors
-Saturday setup begins at 6:30 am on 10-3
-Outdoor electrical access is very limited and approved on first come, first serve basis. Please indicate your need for electricity. Phone chargers will be available.
-Vendors are responsible for set up and clean up of their space after the event
-Most Vendors should have their own tables, but tables are available to rent for $10
-NO REFUNDS/NO RAIN DATE. This event will take place rain or shine.
-Make Checks payable to: Hermitage Presbyterian Church and memo craft fair
-Application submission deadline is September 26, 2020, to include completed application, payment and photo of merchandise.
